We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to building a stronger, more connected community through powerful conversations and personal stories. We provide engaging sessions for both adults and kids on topics like personal resilience, overcoming adversity, mental well-being, and finding community. Our approach is unique: our volunteers, who have personal experience with these topics, share their journeys in a relatable and inspiring way.

We offer a range of unique talks, workshops, and discussion groups designed to combat loneliness and improve mental well-being for a wide variety of clients. Our approach is built on the power of shared experiences, where our volunteers—who have their own journeys of overcoming adversity—uplift and inspire audiences with their personal stories.
Our sessions are fully customizable and are perfect for both adults and children. We are committed to making a tangible difference and can create a valuable addition to your staff development, patient well-being, or student curriculum to match your specific needs. We serve a diverse range of organizations, including schools, hospitals, care homes, and more.
What We Offer
Inspiring Talks & Workshops: We deliver sessions focused on building self-esteem, confidence, connections, and communication. We can also provide talks specifically tailored for mental health hospitals.
A Variety of Activities: Beyond talks, we facilitate hands-on activities like arts and crafts, as well as fun, active events like family fun days and both indoor and outdoor sports.
Flexible Services: We offer sessions in group settings or through one-on-one (2:1) options, and we can bring our services directly to you.
