Core support for connection and wellbeing

Out and About North East CIC offers a range of core services designed to foster connection and improve well-being:

  • Home Check-Ins: Personal well-being check-ins for individuals who may be isolated or need support in their home setting.
  • Drop-In Sessions (Community Hubs): Safe, welcoming spaces for in-person connection, offering free refreshments, social activities (like arts, crafts, and board games), and friendly support with no pressure to socialise.
  • Building an Inclusive Community: Ensuring that everyone, particularly those with disabilities and neurodivergence, feels a strong sense of belonging and can build meaningful relationships.
